For beginners as well as experienced artists.

THE STUDIO is a place where I can share my passion for art and community with others. 

Having spent a lifetime in the arts, from art school and a career in illustration and graphic design, to my work as a teacher for both teens and adults, I've always loved helping others find their way in the visual world. My teaching style is laid back: I like to encourage others to reach their fullest potential, while offering out-of-the-box opportunities to push beyond typical creative expectations and boundaries. All levels of art experience are welcome––whether you're looking to pursue a new hobby, or are hoping to get back into the artistic groove after months or years on hiatus. 

Pods are limited to a maximum of 4-5 people and meet 3 hours/week, working on a series of drawings/paintings that introduce new art concepts, media, and genres to students with a focus on each individual’s innate strengths, skill-building, interpretation, and communication.

The fee is $300/month plus a $100 annual supply fee that includes all supplies. Missed classes can be made up by attending another pod during the month.
